Happy Dragon Arts Ltd will give refunds on any products less postage and packing. The customer has seven days after receiving the goods to change their mind. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
No questions will be asked and all returns will be dealt with in a polite and professional manner. We want our customers to be delighted with their purchases and shop with us again and again. Return the goods wrapped safely in the same condition they were received, quoting your original order details.
A full refund will be given if goods are faulty. Everything is checked before it leaves us so this shouldn't happen, but if it does then of course a full refund will be made. Please e-mail or phone us if you have any queries we will return calls/emails as soon as we can. We aim to respond to any queries on the same day as we receive them. Happy shopping!
